McDonald's created a collaboration with Mariah Carey during Christmas, titled "The Mariah Carey Menu"
Challenge: McDonald's was launching a multi-channel campaign to support the newest launch of their Celebrity Trays with Mariah Carey. The goal was to drive awarness to McDonald's 12 days of deals during the month of December, and ultimately garner App Installs. This initiative was managed and supported by multiple agencies
Responsibilities:
Project manager for CRM, COM & App while working simultaneously with other project leads to ensure asset delivery in time for launch.
Worked with Strategy team to create goals to increase app installs and push customers to sign up for a Rewards account.
Created multiple email campaigns within Kochava alongside the Dev team.
